ABOUT
Heidi Potter is an arbitrator, mediator, writer, and mentor. She founded Heidi Potter ADR, LLC in 2023 after nearly 25 years in private practice.
Prior to owning her own ADR business, Heidi had a private law firm practice as a civil litigator. She successfully handled cases before the state and federal courts in Colorado as well as arbitrations before organizations such as the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”). MISSION
As the owner of Heidi Potter ADR, my mission is to:

arbitrate business and legal disputes consistent with the contractual desires of parties who have agreed to a fair, effective, and economical arbitration process;

provide parties wishing to mediate their disputes with an impartial, confidential, and voluntary process in which they feel valued, heard and capable of building consensus in order to resolve their disputes;

create original, innovative legal content for attorneys and law firms looking to build their brands by distinguishing themselves online and in traditional print media; and
-
train and equip new attorneys with the skills they need to be successful attorneys and employees while helping them navigate the transition to and rigors of law firm life.
